Ayyam al‑Bid (Hijri 13th, 14th, 15th) with Gregorian conversion.
The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) encouraged fasting on the 13th, 14th, and 15th days of each Islamic lunar month. These days are known as the "White Days" (Ayyam al-Beed) due to the brightness of the full moon during these nights.
